£5 Credit for any delivery delays
Suppose we fail to deliver your order by Zoozto's latest estimated delivery date. In that case, you will receive a £5 credit within 48 hours of that date. This credit will be emailed as a promo code and can be used on your next order.
Immediate reshipment for lost items
For packages that have not received tracking updates for 15+ days during transit, we’ll offer a free reshipment. If the original package arrives later, you can keep it at no cost, and there’s no need to return it.
Immediate reshipment for damaged items
If any items in your package are missing or damaged, we'll quickly process an immediate reshipment for the affected products.
30-Day coverage for undelivered items
If your package is not delivered within 30 days, you can request a complimentary reshipment. We will automatically initiate a resend if no action is taken within 35 days. If the original package arrives later, you can keep it free of charge without returning it.
