If we do not fulfill your order by Zoozto's most recent estimated delivery date, you will receive a £5 credit within 48 hours following that date. This credit will be issued via email as a promotional code, which may be applied to your subsequent order.

Instant Reshipment for Issues

If you receive your package and find that items are lost or damaged, a replacement will be promptly issued if you selected shipping insurance at checkout. If shipping insurance was not chosen, please file a claim with the carrier. If your package has not shown tracking updates for over 15 days, you may request a complimentary reshipment. Should the original package be delivered later, you may keep it at no cost, with no return necessary.

30-Day Reshipment Guarantee

If your package is not delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to request a complimentary reshipment. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically initiate a resend of your package. If the original package arrives subsequently, you may retain it at no additional cost, and there will be no requirement for its return.
