Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us. We highly value your feedback; therefore, please include your reason for the return, as this information will assist us in improving your future shopping experiences. Upon receiving your email, we will guide you through the return process.

Print the Provided Label
Please print and securely attach the provided return label to the exterior of your return package. You may then drop off the package at the nearest shipping office. The first return for each order is complimentary. Any item(s) in their original condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We recommend consolidating the items you intend to return to mitigate additional shipping expenses and reduce the environmental impact associated with multiple returns. You must send the package within 14 days after submitting your return request.
Request for Immediate Reshipment
Should your order qualify for the Zoozto Purchase Protection Program, we will promptly arrange to reship your item(s) at no additional cost. Once the reshipment is processed, a confirmation will be issued, and we will prioritize your parcel ahead of other orders to ensure its expedited delivery.
